In my early 40s, I was doing everything "right"—working out twice a day, cutting carbs, eating as little as possible. And it backfired. My energy crashed, my metabolism stalled, and the weight kept creeping back no matter what I did.

Audrey is the founder of Fit Simplified, a coaching brand built to help women navigate the real, messy shifts of perimenopause and menopause—gut health, hormones, weight loss, and all.

She began as a Pilates instructor with her own private studio, but everything changed after her own health journey led her to a deeper purpose: empowering women to feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies again.

Now a certified ACE Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, and Girls Gone Strong Menopause Coach, Audrey blends movement, science, and compassion to help women cut through the noise and finally feel like themselves again.

She’s also a travel lover, wife, and proud mom of two—and she’s here to prove that midlife can be a power move, not a crisis.

SHAYLA - FIT SIMPLIFIED COACH


Shayla blends fitness, nutrition, and mindset to help women build lasting strength and confidence—without extremes. With over a decade in wellness and certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (Health Coach) and NASM (Sports Nutrition Specialist & Certified Personal Trainer), she’s all about sustainable results that feel good, not forced.

Her own journey through autoimmune struggles, body image battles, and fitness competitions taught her that true health isn’t about perfection—it’s about alignment. Now, she empowers women to ditch yo-yo dieting and create a lifestyle that feels strong, balanced, and fully their own.

A Texas native, new mama, and woman of faith, Shayla recharges through sunshine, good food, and quality time with her family.

Ali blends fitness, nutrition, and mindset to help women achieve sustainable results—without extreme diets or mental burnout.

With a BS in Exercise Science, certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Macro Mentorship Program, she brings a science-backed, no-BS approach to building a body you feel good in.

After overcoming body dysmorphia and disordered eating herself, Ali is passionate about helping women break free from toxic diet culture and feel strong, confident, and in control of their health. With over 15 years in cardiac rehab and coaching, she’s all about real, lasting transformation.

A Long Island native, wife, and mama of three, she finds joy in movement, mindset, a good thriller novel, and keeping great people close.

Clothes fit better. Many pants that I was saving for “someday’ are now too loose. It’s way more fun to pick out clothes for work or just in general. Feel like I can keep up with the younger girls at the gym and actually lift heavier than some of them.
